High Stakes

A table top rpg made for 1 GM and 1-4 players (2-4 hours of play). You and your friends are spending the weekend in Las Vegas, enjoying your time gambling in a casino. However, the casino is secretly run by the mafia. The mafia takes one of your friends captive, who was winning an unusually large amount lot of money. Everyone else was resting in the hotel room for the night. Using your captive friend’s phone, the mafia sends the group a text message the next morning saying that they are holding your friend for ransom. They have threatened to kill them on the spot if you call the authorities and demanded a sizable amount of cash to trade for your friend. They have sent you a location to meet up in the next 24 hours with the money, and will kill everyone if there is anything suspicious. Little do they know, it’ll be their own cash that they get paid with.
